Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist supports a variety of digital marketing functions to drive new business development, increase brand awareness, and achieve organizational objectives. Primarily focused on business-to-business marketing, the Digital Marketing Specialist’s key responsibilities include serving as the administrator of the corporate website, including SEO and web lead initiatives, managing online campaigns, and distribution of internal & external email communications.

Additionally this position will be responsible for contributing to other marketing projects as assigned, which may include event logistics, collateral preparation, and urgent project requests from internal stakeholders. All candidates must be willing to contribute to projects outside of their regular job responsibilities in the spirit of teamwork.


  • Manage web properties, including corporate website
  • Oversee content curation and upload web assets via WordPress
  • Collaborate with the IS department to ensure website issues are addressed and corrected in a timely manner
  • Responsible for oversight of SEO and SEM initiatives
  • Facilitate and maintain web lead tracking and email nurturing efforts
  • Implement and measure online marketing campaigns
  • Manage client and marketing email communications from design to implementation
  • Serve as Marketing point of contact for creation and distribution of internal communications as directed by the head of marketing or direct supervisor
  • Evaluate and report on website and social media analytics monthly, annually and more frequently during campaign periods
  • Stay current on trends and emerging technology
  • Ensure projects align with core business objectives and messaging strategies
  • Contribute to other marketing projects as assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required
  • Strong proficiency with marketing automation software, preferably Hubspot
  • Strong proficiency in crafting web content
  • Extreme attention to detail and professionalism
  • Self-starter with a strong collaborative work ethic and initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure on multiple, time-sensitive, deadline-driven projects
  • A sense of humor and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player who can be accountable and flexible
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Knowledge of basic marketing and communications principles
  • Familiarity with digital platforms including WordPress
  • Experience in search engine marketing, lead nurturing, and other digital marketing initiatives
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with Basecamp and Microsoft Dynamics a plus
  • A personal interest in Viverae’s business of building healthier lives
  • Agency experience is a plus
