Admin Assistant

Temporary Full-Time


We are seeking an organized, self-motivated office administrator to assist our screening department. In this position, you will manage a variety of administrative tasks and will provide office support, assist with office activities, a positive attitude and attention to detail are a must. This is a full-time temporary position through November 30, 2018.


  • Maintain and manage screening staff reports
  • Monitor and maintain screening disposable supplies; inventory supplies, ship disposable supplies to designated lead, and submit an order replacement list to the Fulfillment Manager
  • Assist with maintaining personnel records such as completing ECF, NISF, and TISF forms for T&C
  • Collect and upload member surveys into Sharepoint
  • Submit weekly site contact surveys via survey monkey
  • Support department staff
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High school diploma; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience handling administrative responsibilities or related field
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
