The Member Support / Customer Care Specialist provides telephonic, secure message and email promotional support of the services and programs offered as part of Viverae’s health management programs. Working closely with the Manager of Promotional Outreach, the Member Support Specialist ensures that members are in compliance with their company’s program and are appropriately scheduled for their screenings and telephonic follow-up appointments, as well as providing other types of support to employers and members. Member Support Specialists are expected to model healthy lifestyles, corporate values and high integrity.
