  • Overview

    The Implementation Services Manager will be responsible for consistent execution of the client onboarding process, standard inbound file feed integration and client program configuration. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience performing customer relationship and project leadership within a service-oriented industry. Clear, confident and consultative communication skills are required.  The Implementation Services Manager is primary point of contact internally and externally for all implementation client and broker questions, requests and concerns during the pre-launch process.  The ISM will serve as a non-technical point of contact for active client questions surrounding file feed integration and configuration.  Client satisfaction, on-time launches and client retention will define the success of the person in this role.

    Responsibilities

    • Primary point of contact for implementation clients and brokers within and across different industry verticals during pre-launch process
    • Responsible for overall client satisfaction and on-time delivery for assigned clients
    • Work cross functionally within the matrix organization to define, coordinate and manage client onboarding project.  Will work internally with technology, legal, sales, operations, clinical and marketing teams to design and deliver client programs.  Will work externally with clients who are in human resources and/or technology roles
    • Prepare and deliver client/broker presentations, meeting agendas and recaps; via phone and webinar
    • Proactively manage contract finalization prior to launch
    • Provide support and guidance to clients with file feed set-up, document creation, screening event planning and third party integration
    • Proactively seek information and solicit client insight to assist in creating/delivering value and to identify potential business development opportunities
    • Other duties and special projects as assigned
    • Roughly 20% travel to client sites

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of two (2) years equivalent work experience in implementation
    • Experience implementing programs in a dynamic, multi-faceted, service oriented industry, consulting capacity and/or a SAAS company.  A background that includes healthcare management, health promotion or public health or human resources is preferred (not required).
    • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Must have a strong technical aptitude and analytical skill-set
    • Willing to actively engage in and contribute to the corporate culture and uphold the company values
