The Client Relationship Associate will be responsible for creating, completing and delivering a variety of tasks, transactions and executables in support of the account management team and our clients, as assigned by the Director, Client Services. The candidate will have 1-3 years’ experience supporting client accounts (B2B) and/or client-facing teams within a service-oriented industry. Success in this role will require the person to be well organized and possess excellent time management and customer service skills. Client satisfaction and client retention will define the success of the person in this role.

The Member Support / Customer Care Specialist provides telephonic, secure message and email promotional support of the services and programs offered as part of Viverae’s health management programs. Working closely with the Manager of Promotional Outreach, the Member Support Specialist ensures that members are in compliance with their company’s program and are appropriately scheduled for their screenings and telephonic follow-up appointments, as well as providing other types of support to employers and members. Member Support Specialists are expected to model healthy lifestyles, corporate values and high integrity.
The Database Administrator will be responsible for supporting Enterprise Data Architect with database design, tuning, deployment and data management. As a member of Enterprise Data Architecture Team, this role will closely with Developers and Architects responsible for setup and management of analytical and transactional databases. This role also involves providing support to both internal and external customers on data and performance issues. Experience in development in addition to administration will be helpful as you team up with system administrators, application developers and business process leaders to provide project insight and direction.
The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing a variety of clients/brokers, multiple wellness programs and providing tier one client support. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience performing customer relationship, account and/or program management within a service-oriented industry. Clear, confident and consultative communication skills are required. The CRM is the primary point of contact internally and externally for all client/broker questions, requests and concerns. Client satisfaction and client retention will define the success of the person in this role.
